I feel like in the group of sassy villains, my favorite and arguably one of the most sassy while still extremely cold blooded and downright kinda creepy, one gets overlooked due to him not being a Disney villain or from a modern movie/TV show: Ivan Ooze.

He made his first and only appearance in Might Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie and was the first villain to both make me laugh AND scare me. (Jack Nicholson’s joker was a great villain, but I was never scared by anything he did in the movie. I only mention Jack here because I’m talking about movies I saw as a child.) 

I mean, c’mon. He single handedly breaks through the Command Center’s defenses, disables Alpha, destroys the command center, and nearly kills Zordon all while lamenting the fact that his 6000 year imprisonment led him to miss such phenomena as the Black Plague, the Spanish Inquisition and the Brady Bunch reunion.

You really can’t lose, with the ooze.
